I started building with my grandfather, Wayne Pope in 1984.  My grandfather taught me to build homes the old fashioned way, only quality materials and workmanship. I started my own company, Todd Ellis Builders, Inc. in 1994.

Terratek, Inc. is our land development Corporation.  In 1998 Seven Springs Subdivision was developed followed by Spring Forest in 2000.
